Every time she closes and reopens Outlook it is forcing it to sync with Exchange. You should be able to check it in Options-Advanced-Send and receive. Mine has the check box to send immediately when connected, and within the Send and Receive options the calendar is included. I would guess hers is unchecked, or her calendar isn't included. If the account is not the default, try to change it and then restart the Outlook and Skype for Business client. In the Outlook, make sure the Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is enabled. Go to File Options Add-ins to check about this. In the Skype for Business client, make sure you have enabled those options of Exchange. Skype is fully integrated with Outlook.com and cannot be turned off. We have received customer feedback that people would like the ability to turn off Skype and we’re working on adding this feature – watch this space.
Aiden,
Skype Not Syncing With Outlook Calendar Download
I'm not sure which O365 license you are using, but we are Business Premium customers with an on-prem AD server. I found a bug that has since been reported to Microsoft in regard to syncing. We found that the user information (title and photo, in our situation) are being pushed to Skype for Business from Azure. We were under the impression that the user information was being pulled from our on-prem AD or the cloud portal and synced in real-time to Skype. Since we are not paying for the Premium version of Azure, we don't have the capability to make changes directly in Azure to update the user information, thus no way to update our Skype user properties once they are initially propagated from AD or the Admin Center to Azure. In our situation, once the user information is initially synced from AD on prem to Azure, or in the case of a cloud account, once it is synced from the Admin Portal to Azure, we have not found an efficient way to update Azure, or re-sync the user info from AD. I have some scripts that I run manually on the on-prem AD to update only the necessary information and force a sync to the cloud, but it is not an efficient solution for a tenant with many users. I'm not sure if your issue is in any way related, but I wanted to share my experience, as this required hours on the phone with Office365 support to convince and report this as a bug.
Thanks,
